what u said is very stupid, stop eating cheetos and exercise
im weigh about 265 pounds. mostly muscle but im somaon and there usually big people. beast thing i can suggest gaining muscles. and its tones the fat better. i can gain weight drinking water because my body asorbs alot of liquid. so try that and save up for liposuction too.
You have to commit to exercise. You may say that it just doesn’t work for you, but the fact is you probably haven’t been trying long enough. Even a month isn’t enough time to see decent results. Weight loss doesn’t occur overnight.
I started off weighing 150 at 5′5, but after exercising for two months my body looked great and toned.
I’ve made up excuses for my weight as well, but the simple fact of it is you have no-one to blame but yourself. Exercising works. You just need to commit to it.
I dont think you can have lipo when you are this much overweight.

I am EXTREMELY active playing both volleyball and basketball and i still believe that lipo os a great idea! and to these ppl who just say fat ppl are lazy and we make excuses… we’ve heard enough of it! if we really want to lose weight we try but some of us just cant lose the amount of weight we want to lose

i dont think lipo is a good idea for seriously overweight ppl who just want an easy way out, lose the weight first ,then get lipo if you have any stubborn fat left…but i think its an excellent idea for those who are already a healthy weight and size, but just want to get rid of that stubborn fat, that those hours at the gym just wont shift

I was believing this until about1:52.There is no way lipo can do that.its not even the same person.This is bogus

It’s really hard to keep your body in shape no matter what you eat when u have that athletic type of body…sooner or later you,ll gain weight no mater what u’ll do!!!!!When your bones are big youl’ll get even bigger in time as you age that’s my concluzion!

No offence, but if skinny people have to work hard to maintain a healthy life style, people who are maybe 30 pounds over weight should not be lazy. Lipo should only be for extremely obese people who are about to die.
